Marco Woldt is a Berlin-based filmmaker and “one-stop solution” for anyone in need of video content. Services offered include conceptual work, filming, editing, and voice-overs.
Born in Germany, Marco spent much of his youth growing up in the US, Britain and France. As a child he loved solving jigsaw puzzles; today he pieces together words, sounds and images.
Having obtained degrees in film (University of Warwick) and journalism (London City University) Marco got his first job with CNN International in London. During his three years at the network, Marco went from interning, to eventually producing short documentaries and interviewing renowned film stars, athletes and politicians.
While researching a CNN story about Berlin’s economic future, Marco grew aware of the German capital’s booming startup scene. Wishing to become part of the ecosystem there and work with innovative, young entrepreneurs, he decided to relocate and create his own startup in the form of a one-man production company.
Since the summer of 2012 Marco’s style of filming and editing has convinced a steadily growing number of clients, which includes Amazon, Axel Springer Plug and Play, Evernote, Eventbrite and JustMusic.
